Stockholm University acts as coordinating and implementing institution for the iPRIS project. iPRIS supports telecommunications regulatory development in Sub-Saharan Africa and involves 43 National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) and four Regional Regulatory Organisations (RROs): • ARTAC, Central Africa Telecommunications Regulators Assembly https://regulationartac.org • CRASA, Communications Regulators Association of Southern Africa https://www.crasa.org • EACO, East African Communications Organization https://www.eaco.int • WATRA, West Africa Telecommunications Regulators Assembly https://www.watra.org The present planned procurement concerns consultancy support for iPRIS, focusing on regulatory capacity building at regional level for the above mentioned RROs.
