Arbetena ska utföras etappvis enligt följande: Huvuddel 1 omfattar renovering av fasad mot innergård. Dessa arbeten ska kunna påbörjas 2026-07-01. Huvuddel 2 omfattar renovering av övriga fasaddelar, det vill säga gavlar samt fasad mot gata. Dessa arbeten ska utföras under år 2027.
