Message from the procurer about cancellation: Dear Tenderer, ESS has decided to change the procurement strategy for office IT hardware and therefore this specific advance notice (and future call for tenders) is cancelled. From now onwards ESS will be operating under an ongoing competition for ad-hoc purchases as required.
