ESS is requesting suppliers to submit tenders in order to conclude framework agreements for the provision of technical resources and competences, focusing on PLM/PDM/EAM/CAE and CAD engineering areas, having assignments during any or several project phases within the ESS-wide program, complementing, strengthening, and supporting the ESS organisation of employed and staff In-Kind partners.
