The purpose of this Invitation to market dialogue is to gather information from the market regarding the supply, installation, commissioning, training, support, and lifecycle services associated with an ETEM, based on an aberration corrected TEM/STEM platform with EELS for atomic resolution imaging and spectroscopy, integrated with a gas handling system. The dialogue aims to improve the contracting authority’s understanding of available technologies, technical capabilities, market practices, and potential procurement approaches.
The discussions may cover instrument performance, environmental cell technologies, analytical capabilities, software solutions, service and maintenance models, infrastructure requirements, implementation considerations, and future development opportunities.
