I egenskap av projektägare har Luleå tekniska universitet återkommande behov av att upphandla projektledare till externfinansierade projekt, t ex olika EU-projekt. LTU:s behov har delats upp i två delområden, Enkel projektledning och Kvalificerad projektledning.
Uppdragen inom respektive delområde varierar beroende på projektens omfattning och karaktär.
