[463] HRM, Payroll and Time Reporting system

According to this notice the expected publication date of the contract documents (note that this could change) is 2024-06-24

ESS intends to conclude a contract for both a comprehensive Human Resource Management (HRM) system and a Time Reporting system. Suppliers are encouraged to submit proposals for either system separately or for both systems collectively. Your response can address the individual needs of each system or propose an integrated solution covering both HRM and Time Reporting functionalities. The scope includes but is not limited to system/s that offers functionalities for: • Time Reporting o Advanced time tracking, scheduling, and attendance management, capable of seamless integration with industry-leading payroll systems and HRM • HRM supporting the following processes: o Recruitment o Onboarding o Employee Records Management o Benefit Administration o Salary Review Management o Performance Management o Employee Recognition and Rewards o Succession Planning o Staff Planning o Offboarding and Exit Management o Employee Surveys and Feedback o Document Management The procurement will be carried out as a competative procedure with negotiations.
